1. Who we are
BonusRoute provides software that helps eligible users discover, plan and complete legitimate bank-account bonus offers. BonusRoute is a technology company, not a bank, lender or deposit-taking institution, and does not provide banking, investment, legal or tax advice.
2. What the service does
The service estimates the offers you may qualify for, recommends an order in which to pursue them, shows you step by step how to open each account and complete each switch, tracks requirements and deadlines, and — with your consent — automates eligible money movements such as me-to-me pay-ins. You personally open every account, provide your information and approve every step. BonusRoute never opens accounts, enters your details, stores your bank login or approves bank actions for you. Accounts are opened and held directly with the relevant financial institution.
3. Eligibility
You must be of legal age in your country of residence and able to open bank accounts in your own name. Offers, eligibility criteria and reward amounts are set by each bank and vary by market. We do not guarantee that you will qualify for any particular offer or receive any particular reward.
4. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for personally opening each account, completing each account switch and approving every step, for completing identity verification with each bank, and for meeting each offer’s stated requirements. You remain the account holder for every account opened.
5. Fees
The Guided plan charges 20% of each bonus you successfully receive, shown clearly before you begin and collected by Direct Debit only after the relevant bonus has settled. There is no upfront fee, and if you do not receive a bonus for a given offer, you do not pay a fee for it. The Manual plan is free. Fees, where applicable, are described in the app before you proceed.
11. BonusRoute rewards & referrals
BonusRoute may pay small incentive rewards at verified milestones (such as connecting an account, starting a switch, or completing an offer) and a referral reward when someone you refer receives their first bonus. Reward amounts are shown in the app, are issued only after server-side verification, and are subject to anti-abuse checks; they may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
6. No guarantee of results
Bank offers can change or be withdrawn at any time. Approval, funding and payment depend on each bank’s terms and processes and on your completion of the requirements. BonusRoute does not control and is not responsible for a bank’s decisions.
7. Bank relationships & identity checks
Banks remain solely responsible for identifying and verifying their customers. Identity verification, security reviews and final submission are completed by you with the relevant bank or an approved verification provider. We never store your bank login credentials.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, provide false information, or use BonusRoute for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or applicable law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BonusRoute is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes determined by third-party banks. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
10. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified in-app. The governing law and dispute resolution venue applicable to you depend on your country of residence and are set out in your local terms addendum.
